Issledovanie posvyashheno analizu rezul'tatov ad'juvantnogo radioterapevticheskogo lecheniya bol'nyh pervichnymi zlokachestvennymi opuholyami golovnogo mozga nizkoj (107 pacientov) i vysokoj (559 pacientov) stepeni zlokachestvennosti. V rabote proveden analiz pokazatelej bezrecidivnoj i obshhej vyzhivaemosti, naibolee znachimye prognosticheskie faktory, takih kak gistologiya, vozrast, razmery opuholi, smeshhenie sredinnyh struktur golovnogo mozga, nalichie nevrologicheskogo deficita, debjut opuholevogo zabolevaniya, a takzhe ob#em hirurgicheskogo vmeshatel'stva. Razrabotannaya i aprobirovannaya usovershenstvovannaya klassifikaciya RPA (RNCRR) dlya gliom vysokoj stepeni zlokachestvennosti, okazalas' bolee jeffektivnoj po sravneniju s obshheprinyatoj klassifikaciej RPA po pokazatelyam obshhej kumulyativnoj vyzhivaemosti (r=0.0000) i (r=0,073), sootvetstvenno. Razrabotannyj algoritm i shemy metodologicheskogo podhoda pri lechenii glial'nyh opuholej golovnogo mozga vysokoj stepeni zlokachestvennosti pozvolyajut intensificirovat' i optimizirovat' provodimoe ad'juvantnoe radioterapevticheskoe lechenie. Oblast' primeneniya: zlokachestvennye opuholi golovnogo mozga, nejrohirurgiya, radioterapiya, himioterapiya.
