Maize (Zea mays L.) is one of the most important crop which is popularly known as Queen of cereals. Plant density influences the crops by determining grain yield and other important agronomic attributes. Maize is more sensitive to variations in plant density and planting pattern. Hence, growth and productivity of maize was evaluated by adapting different cropping geometry and planting patterns. This book presents the methodology followed, results obtained from the investigation and summary of the study. This book would be helpful to understand the response of maize crop to the agronomic practices.
