We present a book entitled Project Management in Public Administration. The Case of Metropolis GZM. The monograph concerns an important task which is project management as an element of organization management system and a factor that will ensure an efficiency increase of an organization as a whole. Efficiency is a criterion that is increasingly more frequently used for the evaluation of a public organization\'s operativity. Efficient and effective functioning of such an organization is very significant for economic and social development. We hope that our book will be a source of precious knowledge both for independent experts on self-governments and practitioners: local and regional authorities, self-governmental and independent officials, all being interested in the topic of project management in self-government administration.
